Leland Smith has over 20 years of experience increasing sales and profitability at Fortune 500, private equity funded and family owned businesses.  He has been responsible for developing 5 year growth and profitability plans at multiple manufacturers and has managed product development, marketing, sales, customer service, and pricing.  He has broad industry experience, including: building materials, HVAC/refrigeration, foodservice equipment, durable goods, transportation components, aerospace, and aftermarket.

Leland attended the University of Michigan where he earned an MBA as well as MS Industrial Operations Engineering.  He has also earned a BS in Operations and Finance from The Ohio State University. (When asked he proudly admits he roots for the Buckeyes).
